Terry O’Neal
Accredited Senior Appraiser
Accredited Senior Appraiser, American Society of Appraisers (ASA), tested specialty in Residential Contents. Terry is also a member of the ASA Phoenix Chapter.
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the field, Terry and his team stand as the most seasoned personal property appraisers in the Southwest. His career, marked by an unparalleled dedication to accuracy and client services, has seen him and his team value assets across a broad spectrum of categories inclding specalty, rare, and obsure items.
Terry's extensive expertise and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted authority for clients ranging from private collectors to large institutions. His commitment to staying abreast of market trends and valuation standards ensures that his assessments are both current and precise. As a pioneer in the industry, Terry continues to lead with integrity and professionalism, setting the benchmark for excellence in personal property appraisals.
Outside of his professional sphere he enjoys training and competing in powerlifting competitions, days on the lake, and teaching his five grandchildren the art of the cannonball.
Tammy O’Neal
Principal
Co-founder and principal partner behind T&T Estate Services, Tammy ensures the smooth operation of the business by handling all administrative and personnel duties including the sales and marketing team. Tammy attended Arizona State University with an emphasis on Business Administration while working in a corporate environment for 15 years prior to founding T&T. She is also a licensed Realtor and works closely with our real estate professionals when handling the sale of real property for our clients. Outside of her work at T&T, she proudly serves on the AZ Community Foundation's Professional Advisory Board, enjoys boating, traveling, and attending all grandkids' sporting events.
Mark Hiiva
Appraiser
Mark, as Associate Appraiser, has been an integral part of T&T’s appraisal team since 2002. Through his foundational appraisal course work and prior studies with a BA degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and seminary studies from Luther Seminary with a M.Div degree, he applies his honed skills in the realms of research and report preparation. As resident wordsmith, Mark brings an eloquent touch to all appraisal reports provided to our clients
Ongoing interests: Mark has written and recorded music that has been used for television soundtrack and international radio play. Mark and his wife, Laura, especially enjoy time shared with their adult children and families and their four grandchildren.
Nicholas O’Neal
Appraiser & Business Development
Nic is an Accredited Member, American Society of Appraisers (ASA) with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Grand Canyon University and a personal property appraiser with an expertise in classic, exotic, and custom vehicles; as well as boats, trailers, ATV's and RV's. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive history, Nic offers unbiased insight into the value of not only rare and extraordinary vehicles but also your daily driver. His extensive knowledge spans across a diverse range of vehicles and automobilia making him a sought after consultant for enthusiasts, collectors and insurance professionals alike. Nic combines his love for unique craftsmanship with a meticulous approach to appraisal, ensuring accurate and comprehensive valuations that reflect both market trends and individual significance.
When not at a car show or local event he enjoys the time he gets to spend with his father and boss, Terry, in the gym training and also competing in national powerlifting competitions. His busy family of five constantly have him going from one sporting event to the other making every day a fun challenge.
Gerard 'J.R.' Catalano Jr.
Sales and Marketing Manager
J.R. (as he is referred to by those that know him) is T&T’s Sales and Marketing representative. He serves as T&T’s liaison between our clients and our sales outlets. Additionally, he assists with managing T&T’s Federal Firearms License requirements and is our resident numismatist. Before joining T&T, J.R. served in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg NC in the 82nd Airborne Infantry. Upon returning home he attended Grand Canyon University for his undergraduate and MBA degree in Finance and Economics. When not spending time with his wife and two daughters, J.R. enjoys playing Magic the Gathering and various video games.
Ada Smith
Canidate Appraiser
Ada is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who plays a pivotal role at T&T in providing essential support to the company's appraisal processes. Having worked at T&T for over 12 years, she has accumulated a wealth of experience, a strong foundation, and a commitment to precision. When not working, Ada is currently in school to become a credentialed appraiser as a jewelry appraisal specialist, herself. When not at T&T she is Mom to a handsome, fun-loving, 6-year-old boy. In her down time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Robert 'Bob' Covill
Warehouse Manager
Bob has been with T&T since the beginning and celebrated 25 years with the company in 2023. He handles all things warehouse related, and is our resident 'go to' guy to get things taken care of in the office. He is often seen with the team on appraisals, as well as all around the office wherever he is needed most.
If you can't find him around the office you will probably find him taking a much needed break playing with Charlie Belle, our beautiful and friendly office dog. When not at T&T he enjoys watching movies and spending time with family.
Charlie Belle
T&T Mascot
Charlie Belle is an English Cream (White) Golden Retriever who joined the T&T family in March 2020 all the way from Colorado. She is a specialist in napping, acquiring pets and loves, and greeting both staff and visitors alike with a happy face and wagging tail. She has never met someone that isn't her friend and makes sure everyone feels welcome. When she isn't napping you can find her searching for her favorite socks or looking for someone to give her a treat.
